- Build, manage and maintain an updated database of relevant candidates and hunt talent to present relevant talent to the client within their domain at any point in time.
- Manage, coordinate and help conduct interviews, candidate debriefing, manage feedback process.
- Reference and background checks (upon request).
- Offer management: Offer negotiation, compile and release offer letters.
- Manage onboarding process, paperwork and coordinate new employee orientation process together with the on boarding team at the clients.
- Follow up post hire until after probation to ensure satisfaction of the client and the employee.
