Our Process

• Resourcis assumes ownership of the process and handles the entire hiring process from job profiling through the on boarding of the new hire.
• Work with the client team to understand and strategize hiring plans for the term.
• Compose job descriptions and advertise jobs across the web to ensure reach across the market. Also manage job postings and responses on behalf of the client if need be.
• Build, manage and maintain an updated database of relevant candidates and hunt talent to present relevant talent to the client within their domain at any point in time.
• Manage, coordinate and help conduct interviews, candidate debriefing, manage feedback process.
• Reference and background checks (upon request).
• Offer management: Offer negotiation, compile and release offer letters.
• Manage onboarding process, paperwork and coordinate new employee orientation process together with the on boarding team at the clients.
• Follow up post hire until after probation to ensure satisfaction of the client and the employee.
